It is recommended that these audios are used as part of a “self-care” routine of at least 1 hour every day in which you focus your attention on achieving your goal and also through carrying out some related activity to help yourself with this e.g. exercise, de-cluttering or organising your space, creative drawing or colouring, reading, yoga, walking in nature etc.

Do not listen to these audios whilst bathing, driving or operating machinery.

The purpose of this audio is to install suggestions for falling into a peaceful sleep at bedtime, rather than to be used to send you off to sleep.

Often we feel the need to eat sugary stuff in response to stress, tiredness, emotional ups and downs of all kinds. Often there is a part of the subconscious mind which is trying to help you feel better in some way through putting this stuff into your body.

Is a tiny second of “pleasure” or “comfort” worth the damage this addictive substance is doing, not just to the body, but also to the emotions, as often negative feelings of guilt and shame soon follow.

So much energy is used up once we are on this hamster wheel…it’s time to get off and only eat the foods you choose from a place where the real YOU is in charge.
